Students
Preteens (Ages 7 to 12)
Parents who prefer their child receive individualized 1 on 1 instruction.
Teenagers (Ages 13 to 17)
Parents interested in a safe place outside of school for their teenagers to exercise and remain healthy.
Teens interested in learning martial arts or continuing to train in a more focused setting.
Adults (Ages 18 to 65)
Adults interested in exercise and to remain healthy as well as to learn and train in Martial Arts in an environment that is not geared
towards just children or intense MMA type training.
Families (Ages 7+)
Families of 2 to 4 people that wish to learn and train together in a more private setting not on display to the public with the instructor all to themselves
are able to do so and earn a credit.
Black Belts (Ages 18+)
Black belt level adults who wish to continue to train just for health and enjoyment of the martial arts,
but not with the goal of advancement beyond their current belt rank, can gain a credit.
Senior Citizens (Ages 65+)
The elderly who want to learn or continue practicing martial arts that do not have a place elsewhere to go can do so here
and gain a credit and train at a slower pace that doesn't require high impact conditioning so less strain on their bodies.
Emphasis instead is on stretching and increasing knowledge of self defense techniques and not on things like
power breaking or sparring.
Women (Ages 13+)
Mothers, daughters, and all women interested in specialized self-defense classes to learn how to avoid and protect themselves from
all kinds of physical and sexual assault.
Athletes (Ages 7+)
Professional or semi-professional athletes in need of a personal 1 on 1 trainer to push themselves to higher levels of skill and ability.
Professionals (Ages 18+)
Working professionals such as those in the military, federal agents, law enforcement, or private security who would like to increase their
knowledge base for greater safety in their day to day jobs with self-defense and restraint techniques.
Military, Police, & Firefighters can earn a credit.
