It is a converted 23 x 23 foot (530 sqft.) detached outbuilding which included a structural engineer drawing for a new raised roof so that the ceiling height would have enough clearance for sword fencing instruction in Kumdo.
Heating / AC, drywall, new windows and door, cement walkway, lighting, mirrors, sound system, and all necessary training equipment have come together with its full renovation making it the ideal setting for private tutoring.
